Success can be achieved by Grace - Barakah - of God. Faith is the key to it. And, you don't need a priest or priest-craft for that!

Its simple yar: Through daily prayers and 'dua'. And, in the light of a Prophet's saying, striving is must, as well as praying to God Almighty, on Whom depends man greatly, for success.
(please allow me to share a thought of a great scholar here, whether you read it, or read it not: To have a clear idea and feeling of how much man depends on God, one should pay visit to deserts, where only earthly companion are loneliness, dust and air :->)
