It is our book's point of view that goals are be achieved by 'smarter' management, and that tools derive not goals, goals derive them.
'Attainable' - yes.
'Time-bounded' - such goals should or may be falling under the category of 'Project Management' or something like this, such 'management' which deals with temporary goals. Because, organizational and personal goals are usually of complete life-time (its so with at least my father's small firm). However, it is understandable that to achieve great goals, small steps or goals are to achieve, in the first place.

'Realistic' - I like it. I like it not. Could Pakistan have made Nuclear Bomb - for instance - if it cared about realism? Well, maybe or maybe not. Consider - Obama himself disbeliefed his own success.
Other options seem good.
